Imparting education and training to underprivileged youth in India is to ensure sustainable economic and social development. Investment in skills and employability of workers contributes to an improvement in productivity and competitiveness. But many destitute youths are not getting basic needs like education and skill development training, which leads them to poverty, insufficient nutrition, and illiteracy.

But many destitute youths are not getting basic needs like education and skill development training, which leads them to poverty, insufficient nutrition, and illiteracy. The Indian government has emphasized that necessary education, training, and skill development programs to proceed ahead with training to underprivileged youth in India which is necessary to have a better life.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT ON HEALTH CARE for underprivileged women Myrtle is collaboration with Smile Foundation, which support for running a training center for the unemployed youths in Chennai. The training focusing the emerging sector as Healthcare assistance, soft skills, basic computers, spoken English.
Myrtle started the Smile Twin e-Learning Program (STeP) Skill Training on 2020, course duration is for three months. The capacity of the skill training program in per term is 40. The training program focus both practical and theoretical class.

- Age - 18 to 30
- Education - Minimum 10th pass
